Club Policy on Kindness and Conduct
Purpose:
This policy promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment in our club where all members can thrive without fear of bullying or intolerance.
Policy Statement:
1. Kindness is Mandatory:
All members are expected to treat one another with kindness and respect in person and/on social media, fostering a positive atmosphere within the club.
2. Zero Tolerance for Bullying:
Bullying of any kind—whether physical, verbal, in person and/on social media or emotional—will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to harassment, intimidation, and exclusionary behavior.
3. Warning System:
o Any member who proven to exhibit bullying behavior will receive one warning.
o A second instance of bullying will lead to suspension from the club until such behavior has improved.
4. Suspension Consequences:
o If a member is suspended, the member will not be able to participate in ‘fun’ events until that member participates in the following volunteer event.

We aim to create a welcoming space for all members. All members are expected to adhere to this policy for the benefit of everyone. Remember, kindness helps us grow together!
